At Sweet Heat Co. we combine the addictive blend of Australian honey with homegrown fiery chillies to create irresistible sauces and condiments inspired by American classics. All of our products are produced in small batches, with locally sourced ingredients in Central Queensland. Our chillies are grown hydroponically using nothing but water, nutrients and sunshine and we use 100% pure Australian honey. With locally sourced ingredients and sustainable farming practices, we’re committed to delivering a quality product that’s perfect for savoury meals, sweet dishes or all by itself.

In 2016 Tom and I visited my grandpa’s commercial hydroponic farm in Nevis, West Indies where I was fortunate to have spent so much time growing up. Tom and my grandpa quickly began dreaming up and designing a hydroponic system for our backyard. That year for Christmas, Tom made this dream a reality and built us our first hydroponic system from our old dining table where we started to grow lettuce and herbs. Over the years with the assistance from grandpa and Facetime our hydroponic systems developed and grew.

Despite Tom’s impressive inability to eat anything that is remotely spicy, he happily agreed to start growing me (a lover of all spicy food) hydroponic chillies.From the seeds of the hydroponic chillies and my constant craving for flavours from home, Sweet Heat Co. grew.

My Grandpa was the sweetest person I have ever known. He made everyone feel like just being you was enough. We hope our products bring you as much joy as he brought us and that you allow them to bring out both the sweet and spicy side of all of us.
